CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel any order up to 7 days after the date of purchase. Either before we have dispatched goods to you. Or if goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us. You can only return goods you have ordered after ,a valid reason has been offered to us, upon receipt of this information will we give you instructions that your claim is valid. This decision is solely at our discretion. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless advised by us. A collection service is available from us at cost. You must notify us of the return within 14 days of the items dispatch to you, and then the item(s) must be returned within 28 days. All refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, postage costs are non refundable. On receiving returned goods support staff will look at the item to ensure there is something wrong, and if so, either repair it, replace or refund it at our discretion.
